Hala Creative.

Campaign video, without a studio, a crew or a shoot day.

AI video production makes finished product films and social advertising using generative models instead of a camera. You supply the product and the brief; the output is a normal video file that runs anywhere. What changes is the cost of the fifth version — which is why brands using it can test creative properly instead of running one ad and hoping.

What the method actually is

A concept is written first, in the same way any advertisement is written. Reference images are then generated and art-directed — corrected repeatedly — until the look, the lighting and the product itself are right. Those approved frames are animated into motion, and the result is edited with voice, music, captions and pacing.

The important part is where the time goes. Very little of it goes into generating. Most of it goes into direction: deciding what the shot should be, rejecting the versions that are close but wrong, and keeping every frame consistent with a brand that already has rules.

This matters because the tools are available to everybody, including your competitors. The tools are not the advantage. Knowing what to reject is the advantage.

Where it works, and where it does not

Any studio that tells you AI production suits every brief is selling you the tool rather than the result.

Suits this wellStrong fit

  • Product films for food, beverage, packaged goods and retail items
  • Social advertising that needs many variations for testing
  • Atmosphere, texture, ingredient and abstract brand imagery
  • Campaigns needing a consistent look across dozens of assets
  • Brands whose budget cannot cover a full production but who need volume
  • Concept and mood films for pitching an idea before committing to it

Still a poor fitUse a camera instead

  • Your real premises, real staff, or a real event — authenticity cannot be generated
  • Anything requiring a recognisable specific person to appear
  • Close-up dialogue where a face must hold the frame and stay convincing
  • Products with intricate printed detail that must be read exactly
  • Regulated categories where claims must be evidenced on camera
  • Documentary or testimonial content, where the point is that it is real

How a campaign runs

Approval happens early, at the cheap stage. Changing direction after animation costs far more than changing it at the still frame.

  1. Brief and concept

What the product is, who it is aimed at, where it will run, and what the viewer should do afterwards. This produces a written concept, not a mood board.

  2. Look development on stills

Key frames are generated and corrected until the product, lighting and mood are right. You approve stills here. This is the decision point that governs everything after it.

  3. Motion

Approved frames are animated into shots. Weak generations are discarded and regenerated rather than patched, because a flawed shot stays flawed through the edit.

  4. Edit, voice and type

Cut to length, with music, voice in Arabic or English, and captions set in your brand typography. Arabic text is always added here as real type, never generated inside a frame.

  5. Delivery in every ratio you run

Vertical for Reels and TikTok, square for feed, horizontal where needed — cut for each placement rather than one file cropped four ways.

What you get, and what I need from you

Deliverables
Finished video files in every aspect ratio you run, with and without captions, plus the still frames as usable images.
Languages
Arabic or English voice, including Hejazi dialect where the audience calls for it. Captions set in your brand type.
Revisions
Unlimited at the still stage, where change is cheap. Two rounds after animation, stated in the proposal.
Timeline
Days, not weeks. The limit is concept approval and revision rounds, not scheduling.
You supply
Clear product photographs from several angles, your brand guidelines if they exist, and the offer or message the campaign carries.
Ownership
Full commercial rights to the finished output, yours to run anywhere, permanently.

The tools are available to everyone, including your competitors. What separates the work is knowing which generation to throw away.

Common questions

What is AI video production?

It is making finished video with generative models instead of a camera, crew and location. A concept is written, reference frames are generated and art-directed until correct, then animated and edited with voice, music and captions. The viewer receives an ordinary video file. Only the production method differs.

Is it cheaper than a traditional shoot?

Substantially, because the biggest costs in a shoot are people and time. A studio, a crew, a stylist and a day of everyone's availability produce a fixed set of shots you cannot revisit later without repeating the whole thing. Here, the cost of a fifth variation is close to the cost of the first — which is what makes real creative testing affordable.

Can it show my actual product accurately?

Yes, when real photographs are the starting point. Packaging, labels and Arabic text are exactly where models fail if asked to invent them, so the product is always built from photographs of the real item rather than generated from a description. Items with fine printed detail need more correction passes than simple forms — that is a scope question, not a barrier.

Will people be able to tell it was made with AI?

Sometimes, and the difference is direction rather than tools. Work generated from a short prompt and posted uncorrected is usually obvious, and audiences have already learned to scroll past it. Work art-directed to a defined identity, corrected over several passes and edited properly generally is not distinguishable in a feed.

Close-up human faces and hands remain the hardest things to keep convincing. Where a brief depends on those, I will say so and recommend a camera.

How long does a campaign take?

Days rather than weeks. Traditional timelines are dictated by when a studio, crew and product can be in one place. Removing that leaves only concept approval and revision rounds, both of which are within your control.

Can it be produced in Arabic?

Yes, including Hejazi dialect rather than only Modern Standard Arabic. Arabic script generated inside a frame is unreliable, so it is added afterwards in the edit as real typography — which is also how it stays consistent with your type system.

Do I own the output?

Yes. Full commercial rights to the finished video, permanently, with no ongoing licence and no restriction on where you run it.
